Kentucky Youth Soccer Online is the sole owner of the information collected

in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Kysoccer
collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Registration
Our users are not required to register in order to use this website. However,
users may register at the website to receive a free newsletter. During registration
a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email
address). This information is used to contact the user about the services
on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the
user to provide demographic information (such as date of birth and state),
but are encouraged to provide all information so we can provide a more personalized
experience on our site.

for our network sites. All newsletters sent out through Kentucky Youth Soccer
Online and through our network sites are appropriate for all ages.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or
contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary
and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Information needed to notify the winners and award prizes will be gathered
by the Kentucky State Office. Survey information will be used for
purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

and comments on soccer. All user submissions are edited by our staff for
appropriate language and content. Full names and contact information from
the submissions are not used on the site unless permission is granted from
the submitter. Submissions to the site should be sent electronically to
StateOffice@KYSoccer.net.
Information may also be mailed to our state office to the attention
of Kysoccer Webs or faxed to 859 269-0545. Information submitted other
than electronically must be brief as our staff can not be responsible for
retying extensive documents.
Special Offers
We send all new registered users a welcoming email. Established members
will occasionally receive information on our site and services, as well
as special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our
users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on
our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect,
how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any
